Her kan du tilmelde dig morgentræning i Nørrebrohallen.

Morgentræning er for ambitiøse ballers i alderen 11-18 år og programmet er designet til at give vores mest dedikerede spillere en ekstra mulighed for træning og udvikling.

Vi træner 2 gange om ugen og arbejder benhårdt på at udvikle og perfekte vores skills inden skoletid.

Morning Training provides individuals with methods for self-training focusing on ball handling & shooting using a smaller scope on the motoric details that a general practice might over-look. We explore basketball intagibles such as reaction-time, decision-making, and in-game scenarios. The program sets the player on a path to remain cool and in control when handling the basketball and having complete confidence in themselves when shooting the basketball. Our goal is to develop players who are consistent in finding solutions and comfortable in clutch moments.

The players involved have a voice in what they would like to achieve as players where coaches plan accordingly dividing the trainings into half individual training and half collaborative training.

Træningen starter kl. 06.46 (hallen åbner først 06.45) og vi slutter kl. 07.45.
